Commissions

Kindly read the following carefully before commissioning me. Thank you!

You can commission me by sending a message via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. You can also email me at kuromamono@gmail.com. For emails, kindly write “COMMISSION” on the subject line.
- In your message, kindly include the following:
  - Email address of your Paypal for invoicing
  - Name of the character/characters you want commissioned
  - Visual references of the character/characters
  - If none, you can describe them in text as detailed as possible
  - You can also send mood boards or a sketch of your idea
I will send a sketch for your approval.
- You can expect a sketch within the day you messaged me or the next day.
- I allow multiple revisions during the sketch phase.
After you’ve approved the sketch, I’ll be sending an invoice via Paypal for a 50% down payment.
- If you’re from the Philippines, you can pay via GCash or BPI bank transfer.
I will only start the line art after receiving the down payment.
I will send updates during line art, flat colors, and rendering phases.
After finishing your commission, I will send a watermarked preview. If you’re satisfied with the output, I will send another invoice for the remaining balance.
After receiving the payment, the file/files will be uploaded in Google Drive and you will receive a link to it.

After sending the sketch, please be kind enough to respond if you still want to commission me. Otherwise, I’ll put you on my blacklist and will never accept any kind of commission from you.
It is still okay to cancel your commission after I have started the line art. But you cannot refund your 50% down payment.
Depending on the complexity of your commission, it might take 2 days to 2 weeks to finish it.
Rushed pieces are allowed but make sure to notify me beforehand and I will be requiring a rush fee of 50% of the total commission price.
I have the right to decline a commission if I know it is beyond my ability to deliver said commission.
- Please note I do not draw furry, bara, mecha, hardcore NSFW, too much gore, and characters with too much armor.
Major revisions are only allowed during the sketch and line art phases. Only minor revisions are allowed during the render phase. No revisions will be allowed when I have finished the commission or have delivered it to you. Kindly take note of the following:
- Major revisions: Changes in pose, hairstyles, and outfit
- Minor revisions: Adjustments/change in colors, expressions, and accessories
Commissioned pieces are strictly for personal use only. Kindly message me if you want to avail a commercial commission.
I have the right to upload the commissioned pieces in my social media accounts. Kindly tell me beforehand if you want it to be kept private.
